Deposits And Payment Plans
A 25% Non-Refundable Deposit will be required to reserve any snake(s).
Snakes up to the value of £199 - a payment plan of up to 1 month after deposit is placed.
Snakes from £200 to £499 - a payment plan of up to 2 months after deposit is placed.
Snakes from £500+ - a payment plan of up to 3 months after deposit is placed.
Deposits & monies paid towards payment plans are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
Health, Genetics And Sex guarantee
When purchasing a Reptile or Exotic Animal from Exotic Elements, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Due to different species specific requirements of exotics, it is very difficult to guarantee any animal for any great length of time.
At the time of sale, we guarantee livestock is feeding (unless otherwise agreed) and to the best of our knowledge, 100% healthy.
All livestock is guaranteed against death or illness for a period of 48hrs, after which time we are unable to accept any further liability for the animal.
Proof of your setup may be requested.

We endeavour to sex snakes correctly, however mistakes can be made.
We offer a total of 7 days for you to ensure your animal has been correctly sexed. After 7 days we assume no further liability if your animal has been incorrectly sexed.

As there are so many different Morphs available now which at times can be difficult to correctly ID, genetics are identified to the best of our abilities. Recessive genes are guaranteed correct. Co-Dom & Dominant genes are ultimately the responsibility of the buyer to confirm as correct at the time of purchase & we cannot accept any further liability if the Co-Dom & Dominant genes are incorrect.
We cannot guarantee the temperament of an animal.
